Take a look at some of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and see if they can help.
Why must I fill in a waiver before I am allowed to enter the floor?
The waiver is an acknowledgment on the part of the jumper that trampolining comes with certain physical risks, and the jumper agrees to be personally responsible for voluntary participation in these activities with knowledge of said risks. Please read the waiver carefully before filling it in.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Can I change the timing of my reservation?
Yes, you can; please give us a call and quote us your 5-digit sales ID number. A successful change in timing is however subject to the availability of slots in the preferred jump hour.
What is the appropriate attire for trampoline activities, and are there shower facilities on-site?
Generic sports attire will do; no watches or jewelry are allowed on the floor. Feel free to wear glasses, though! There are toilets and shower facilities right outside the building.
How do I go about booking a birthday party?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll contact you with more information within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can make an enquiry with any of the staff over the counter, or over the phone (9004 7752)
Is there any age limit for jumpers?
We recommend that jumpers aged 5 and above use the trampolines as anyone below that age is more prone to injury. We welcome jumpers of all ages and it doesn’t matter whether you are old or young, as long as you are mobile! For kids 4 years and below, one adult MUST accompany the jumper and the accompanying adult gets to go in for free.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any previous / ongoing injury that you may have before you use the trampolines.
