Where can I store my personal belongings?
We have lockers to secure your belongings while you jump. Please empty your pockets of phones, selfie-sticks, keys and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken. Our lockers are keyless and rental starts from $4 for 2 hours for a big locker (suitable for a bag and spare clothes) and $2 for 2 hours for the smaller one (suitable for small items like wallet and keys).
Katapult is NOT liable for lost, misplaced or stolen items should you choose not to rent the lockers for your belongings.

Of course, if you already have grip socks from other trampoline parks, please bring them along and present them at the counter. Do I need to buy tickets in advance to jump at Katapult?
You can, walk-ins are always welcome. However, we do reach full capacity during peak periods (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) so it is recommended to do an online booking if you are planning on visiting during these days. Tickets sold online are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Why must I fill in a waiver before I am allowed to enter the arena?
The waiver is an acknowledgment on the part of the jumper that trampolining comes with certain physical risks, and the jumper agrees to be personally responsible for voluntary participation in these activities with knowledge of said risks. Please read the waiver carefully before filling it in.
We strongly advise that you have your waivers completed in advance of your scheduled jump time as this will make the check-in process faster. For jumpers under 18 years old, they will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf (Me and my kids).

Why aren’t the multipass and student rates available for online booking?

I have completed a waiver before at other trampoline parks. Why do I still have to fill it up again?
Each trampoline park has their own waiver systems. As long as you have not completed a waiver at Katapult before, you will have to fill it up before you are allowed to enter the arena. Once you have completed the waiver with us, you will not be required to fill it up again on your subsequent visits.

I am not comfortable with sharing my personal information online.
The online waivers are stored securely in a US-based Cloud server and it has been around for many years. Katapult will not misuse the information in the waivers other than in cases of emergencies.
We have a printable waiver available if you do not want to fill up the online waiver. However, the paper waiver is only valid for ONE day and you will have to fill it up again for your subsequent visits.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?
What is a 5- or 10-session multipass?
With a multipass, you can purchase 5 or 10 ONE-hour sessions at one go at a slight discount per session (as compared to standard weekday or weekend rates). You can use these sessions for different people in the same jump hour – so if you’re visiting us in a group of 5 or 10, the multipasses are for you! Please note however that multipasses are only available for purchase over the counter and not online.

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
All advance online reservations need to be paid at the time of booking. If you are unable to do this online, you can pay over the counter upon arrival (we do not accept NETS). This means that you are not booking in advance and may run the risk of missing out on your preferred jump time, especially during our peak periods.
